Yearly Membership
Existing Members
If you’re renewing your annual subscription, please do so by January 31st at the very latest. The cost of renewal for 2024 is £33.
If you have not renewed your membership by 31st January, you will not be entitled to use the facilities of Shaw Lane Sports Club. Also, points for club competitions will not be awarded and any race times will not count for club records or rankings until the subscriptions are paid.
Your fee includes your subscriptions to England Athletics, Yorkshire Vets and the social subscription at Shaw Lane Sports Club.

New Members
Membership runs from January 1st to December 31st, regardless of when you join the club. The cost of a new membership for 2024 is £38.
Your fee includes your subscriptions to England Athletics, Yorkshire Vets and the social subscription at Shaw Lane Sports Club. If you’re unsure about joining, we offer a month’s free trial.
In addition to completing the membership form below you will also need to download and complete the Shaw Lane Sports Club membership form, as this is where our club is based. Once completed, please email this form to Harrierssubscription@gmail.com
Social Runner/Social Membership/2nd Claim
This membership allows you to train with the club, attend official BaHa social events and use the facilities at Shaw Lane. It does not include a subscription to English Athletics or Yorkshire Vets. If you want to compete in a race as a Barnsley Harrier as second claim, you can only do so if members of your first claim club are not competing. The cost of a new membership for 2024 is £15.
How to pay for membership
Payment can be made via a bank transfer to the club account. The account details will be sent to you on receipt of your form. We also accept cash payments on club nights but we no longer accept cheques.
