This a new trial programme for summer sessions of speed and hill work, I have tried to do some different stuff on new courses. As I say it is a trial and therefore has a degree of flexibility in it whether it be timings, rep numbers or the exact location.  I will be seeking feedback on each session for developmental purposes.  Hope you enjoy them, Thanks Shaun
